Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop and update discipline schedules to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation
• Develop detailed, usable schedules and reports for management feedback
• Attend scheduling meetings to ensure pre-planning and continuous product improvement
• Assist in work windows and contingency plans with Work Week Managers and Project/Cycle Schedulers
• Assist with traveler requests and tracking; support outage activities as needed
