Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Specialty Project Manager I for Field Outage Services to lead complex outage projects in the assigned region, from initiation through closeout. You will coordinate planning, execution, and closeout, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality while meeting contractual requirements.

Travel about 25% is required; you will partner with SMW, HRT, MD&A, customers, and vendors, develop schedules and reports, and drive improvements across the outage lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Six+ years of relevant industry experience or equivalent.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of turbine-generator technology and maintenance practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of outage projects (planning, coordination, execution, closeout).
• Maintain project ownership and coordinate with internal groups and customers.
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance.
• Provide status updates and facilitate outage meetings.
