Job summary

Entergy seeks a Superintendent Outage & Process to lead long-range outage planning, budgets, and execution of large capital projects. You will manage the Condition Based Outage process, the 5-year budget plan, and coordinate with Plant Management to drive safe, on-time results.

This safety-sensitive role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, 5 years in power plant maintenance, and 2 years in project management leadership. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5 years of Power Plant Maintenance experience.
• 2 years of Project Management leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees outage planning and execution per outage stage gate process.
• Manages cost, schedule and safety for outage scopes of work.
• Interfaces with Plant Management to resolve key issues.
• Coaches project managers to deliver financial, safety and schedule results.
• Oversees LTSA contracts.
• Participate in plant monthly ROP meetings.
• Negotiate contracts to protect Entergy's interests.
