Job summary

Judit Inc. seeks an experienced outage planning specialist to coordinate and supervise non-nuclear facility outages. You will lead planning through closure, directing work to achieve safety, quality and efficiency while managing resources and stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, field supervision, and the ability to adapt plans with budget constraints. Travel to multiple sites is expected, with focus on continuous improvement and safe operation.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in the electric utility industry, with 3-5 years in project management, major maintenance, or combustion/steam turbine experience.
• 5 years of planned outage management/direction experience.
• Project Management Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and supervise planned outages at non-nuclear facilities from planning to closure.
• Direct and monitor outage progress and provide direction to ensure safety, environmental compliance, quality and housekeeping.
• Oversee plant, partner, contractor, and LTSA activities to maintain status and optimize workflow.
• Develop work packages, JSA, purchase orders, and material reports.
• Ensure work emphasizes safety, compliance, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
