Job summary

West Bay Collaborative seeks a part-time program manager to support the Learn365RI initiative with the RI Department of Education. You will oversee grants, contracts, evaluation, training, and stakeholder collaboration to advance after-school and extended learning opportunities.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, and experience coordinating across state and local partners. In-person schedule is Mon–Fri with flexibility through 6/30/27, 30 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in administration or related field.
• 3-5 years experience administering grant-funded programs.
• Experience planning and implementing programs with state, community or school partners.
• Experience with systems integration and change management.
• Ability to work with diverse partners and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help RIDE staff with the administration of Learn365RI initiatives to improve student outcomes.
• Provide ongoing management, program development, and quality improvement to municipalities and partners, including grants and contracts, evaluation, PD, and reporting.
• Coordinate efforts with state, local, and community organizations related to out-of-school time initiatives.
• Manage data systems collection to analyze and inform decision-making and policy.
• Represent RIDE in state-level groups and initiatives related to after-school programs.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
