Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from university or college in social work, counseling, psychology, special education, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with autistic individuals.
Positive attitude towards autistic individuals.
Ability to work independently and creatively with little direction from supervisor.
Dependable, detailed oriented, organized and punctual.
Must be a team player with strong communication skills and flexibility when needed.
Desired Qualifications
Master’s degree from a university or college in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Special Education or related field. Prior experience in facilitating groups for autistic individuals is preferred.

Job Duties
Individual needed to lead social groups for autistic children, teens and/or adults. Includes supervision of all participants at the program, providing participant support when needed and communicating with the Program Coordinator on a consistent basis. Each class will be delivered on a weekly basis and could enroll up to 10 participants. Based on enrollment, multiple classes could meet weekly.
