  • This position involves a high degree of adaptability, dependability and initiative, in dealing with students, faculty, staff and administrators of Oakland University, William Beaumont Hospital and the OUWB School of Medicine. Position requires excellent organizational and communication skills (both oral and written). Knowledge of Oakland University and Beaumont Health standard operating policies and procedures is desired.

Position Purpose

Reporting directly to the Director, Center for Excellence in Medical Education, the Faculty Development Coordinator will manage the day-to-day functions within the Center for Excellence in Medical Education that serves over 1400 faculty and staff positions. The position will be responsible for managing and coordinating faculty and staff development activities which include coordinating speakers, advertising programs, overseeing and coordinating registrations, developing, writing online modules and coordinating website updates for Center for Excellence in Medical Education ( CEME ) programs offered as faculty development for the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine.
