Job summary

Estes Express Lines is seeking a professional Driver to operate tractor/trailer units delivering freight in compliance with FMCSA regulations. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and ensure safety of equipment and cargo.

This role requires a valid Class A CDL, hazmat/tanker endorsements, and the ability to work on diverse routes and schedules. You will join a team focused on safe, on-time deliveries and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 21 years of age required per FMCSA regulations.
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Must reside within 75 miles of domiciled Service Center/work assignment.
• Hazmat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.
• Must pass FMCSA medical exam and road test.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment safely to perform required duties, including tractor/trailer operations.
• Comply with FMCSA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain required logs and records; track unit numbers and paperwork.
• Inspect vehicle pre-trip and post-trip; report maintenance issues.
• Deliver freight to customer sites, yards, and hubs as needed.
• Work varied schedules and dock assignments based on business needs.
• Support local pickup/delivery, hub/regional runs, and dock loading/unloading as required.
