Job summary

Estes-Express-Lines is seeking a Class A CDL driver for freight transportation across diverse terrains and schedules. You will operate tractor-trailers, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.

The role requires Hazmat, Tanker, and Doubles endorsements, a valid medical exam, and the ability to work within a safety-focused environment. You will often be loading/unloading and coordinating with dock operations while maintaining accurate

Qualifications

Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
Must reside within 75 miles of the domiciled Service Center and/or work assignment.
Hazmat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.
Must pass FMCSA medical exam and road test.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Operate tractor/trailer and other equipment in accordance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
Load/unload freight and assist with dock operations as needed.
Adhere to safety and security procedures and protect cargo.
Maintain records and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Communicate with supervision and Fleet Services on issues.
May drive on various schedules and routes including over-the-road assignments.
