Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Program Manager for Outpatient services in Deer Park, TX. The role offers full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities, with a focus on advancing leadership, managing patient care, and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.

As a lead in the building, you will coordinate scheduling, liaise with the Area Manager, and contribute to program management across multiple settings.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
• CPR certification preferred
