Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to evaluate and treat residents, improve daily living activities, restore function, and maximize independence. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in a 124-bed facility.

We offer $45–$50/hour, a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time therapists, Monday–Friday days, strong benefits, PTO, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• OT license in South Carolina active and in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Improve ADLs, strength, coordination, and mobility.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in care planning, discharge planning and team meetings.
• Provide staff education and in-service training.
