Job summary

Estes Express is seeking Line Haul Extraboard Drivers to haul freight across the Estes network. You will operate tractor-trailers, comply with FMCSA rules, and perform pre-trip inspections while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role offers company-provided uniforms, paid lodging, cell phone reimbursement, and bonus eligibility, with an emphasis on professional customer service and adherence to schedule requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent background.
• 21 years of age per FMCSA regulations with 1 year driving experience.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Must reside within 75 miles of the domiciled Service Center/work assignment.
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.
• Ability to drive tractor-trailers per FMCSA requirements.
• Stable employment history preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment safely and perform required safety functions.
• Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company policies.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs.
• Provide professional service while moving freight between service centers.
• May use in-cab technology and work varied schedules as needed.
