Job summary

Tappwfs in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Lease Purchase Operator to run OTR freight across a broad 13-state network. This role offers a viable path to owner-operator status with no down payment and late-model Peterbilt equipment.

You'll operate a 2-weeks-out schedule, maintain a clean driving record, and build equity in your own truck while earning around $1,600–$2,100 per week net, with a quarterly safety bonus and steady freight lanes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A issued in your state of residence (U.S.).
• Minimum age of 23.
• At least 1 year of OTR experience in the last 3 years, or 6 months with clean PSP/MVR.
• Current DOT medical card and long form.
• Clear FMCSA Clearinghouse — no open violations.
• No DWI/DUI or drug/alcohol violations in the last 5 years.
• Fluent English communication.
• Self-directed work ethic; able to operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Run OTR freight across a multi-state network.
• Operate on a roughly 2-weeks-out, 2-days-home schedule with flexible dispatch.
• Drive up to 70 hours per week with a 34-hour restart cycle.
• Maintain a clean record with no violations or accidents.
• Build equity in your own truck while operating as an independent business owner.
