Job summary

Tappwfs in Louisville, KY is seeking a Lease Purchase Operator for OTR freight across a 13-state network. Take-home weekly between $1,600 and $2,100 with no down payment and late-model Peterbilt equipment, plus I-Pass and safety bonus.

You will drive up to 70 hours per week, maintain a 2 weeks‑out/2 days home schedule, and operate as an independent business owner with a clean record and FMCSA-compliant lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL issued in your state of residence (U.S.).
• At least 23 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of OTR experience within the last 3 years, or 6 months of continuous OTR experience with a clean PSP and MVR.
• Current DOT medical card and long form.
• Clear FMCSA Clearinghouse — no open violations, no active SAP enrollment.
• No DWI/DUI or drug and alcohol violations within the last 5 years.
• No DOT-recordable accident within the last 3 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Fluent English communication.
• Self-directed work ethic — suitable for drivers who run independently.

Responsibilities

• Run OTR freight across a 13-state network with consistent lanes.
• Maintain a roughly 2-weeks-out, 2-days-home schedule with flexible dispatch.
• Drive up to 70 hours per week while complying with Hours-of-Service.
• Manage operations with a clean record and no violations.
• Build equity in your own truck as an independent owner-operator.
