Job summary

TAPP Workforce Solutions is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for an OTR lease-purchase opportunity with late-model Peterbilt equipment. The role emphasizes independence, owning your own truck, and a clear path to ownership.

Expect weekly settlements and a quarterly safety bonus, with multiple programs and state coverage. Ideal candidates will have 1 year of OTR experience within the last 3 years, a valid CDL-A, a clean PSP/MVR, and a current DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL issued in your state of residence.
• Minimum age of 23.
• At least 1 year of OTR experience within the last 3 years, or 6 months with a clean PSP and MVR.
• Current DOT medical card and long form.
• Clear FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• No active SAP enrollment.
• No DWI/DUI or drug and alcohol violations within the last 5 years.
• No DOT-recordable accident within the last 3 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years.
• Fluent English communication.
• Strong independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Run OTR freight across an established 13-state network.
• Direct client interview.
• Work with flexible dispatch across all seven days.
• Operate within FMCSA Hours-of-Service regulations.
• Maintain a professional and safe driving record.
• Manage your truck and operation independently.
• Build equity toward truck ownership.

What We're Looking For
