Job summary

TAPP Workforce Solutions seeks a Lease Purchase Operator for OTR routes in the United States. This program offers no down payment and late-model Peterbilt equipment, with two ownership paths: 12 months on a 2022 Peterbilt 579 or 48 months on a new 2024 Peterbilt 579.

Operate on a roughly 2-weeks-out, 2-days-home schedule across a 13-state network, with weekly net take-home and a quarterly safety bonus. A driver mentor track supports growth toward ownership.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL issued in your state of residence (U.S.)
• At least 23 years of age
• Minimum 1 year of OTR experience within the last 3 years, or 6 months of continuous OTR experience with a clean PSP and MVR
• Current DOT medical card and long form
• Clear FMCSA Clearinghouse — no open violations, no active SAP enrollment
• No DWI/DUI or drug and alcohol violations within the last 5 years
• No DOT-recordable accident within the last 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• Fluent English communication
• Self-directed work ethic — this role suits drivers who run independently, not those who need significant day-to-day oversight

• CPM-based compensation structure, settled weekly by direct deposit
