Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking candidates in Beloit, WI for a full-time delivery driver role. The position includes paid driver training and potential support to complete a Truck Driving CDL program.

You will safely operate a tractor/trailer, transport products to PepsiCo facilities and stores, and handle loading, unloading, and delivery paperwork. The role emphasizes on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities for long-term career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to lift 15–50 lbs with/without accommodation.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift/carry/push/pull products repeatedly.
• Able to sit for up to five hours daily.
• After CDL obtained, may drive up to 11 hours/day and up to 14 hours/day with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid driver training for entry-level CDL applicants.
• Work toward completing a Truck Driving CDL program (training costs covered by PepsiCo).
• Safely operate a tractor/trailer transporting products to/from PepsiCo facilities and stores.
• Load and unload trailers using manual methods or palletized loading.
• Complete delivery paperwork, logs, invoices, manifests, and inspections.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time, up to five hours daily, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• After obtaining your CDL, you have the ability to work up to 14 hours a day and drive a tractor trailer for extended periods of time, up to 11 hours per day, with or without a reasonable accommodation

What You’ll Do

• Complete paid driver training designed for candidates with little to no Class-A CDL operating experience
• Work toward successful completion of a Truck Driving CDL program, with Frito-Lay covering some or all eligible training costs
• Safely operate a tractor/trailer after training and transport products to and from Frito-Lay facilities, grocery stores, rural storage units, vendor locations, backhaul locations, and other traffic centers
• Load and unload trailers using manual methods, palletized loading/unloading, four-wheeled carts, or a two-wheeler as needed
• Complete delivery paperwork, logs, invoices, manifests, proof of receipt, returns, and pre- and post-trip truck inspections
