Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking drivers to safely operate tractor-trailers, delivering to local stores and facilities while keeping shelves stocked and records updated.

The role requires a valid CDL A, 100k+ accident-free miles (or 2,500+ accident-free hours), and a willingness to work varied schedules, including holidays and weekends. Candidates must be able to lift 15–50 lbs, sit/stand for long periods, and perform daily pre/post-trip inspections.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL).
• At least 100,000 verifiable accident-free miles or more than 2,500 accident-free hours.
• Willing to work holidays and weekends.
• Able to lift 15–50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to sit for up to five hours daily.
• Able to drive tractor-trailer up to 11 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor/trailer and transport products to and from destinations per FMCSR.
• Load and unload trailers, palletized loads, or with two-wheeler; lift product overhead.
• Transport chips, dips, and other items to stores and facilities; keep shelves stocked.
• Obtain signatures, complete logs, review invoices/manifests.
• Use an electronic logging device and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Communicate with customers, sales drivers, and dispatch throughout shift.
