Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a full-time truck driver in San Antonio, TX. You will safely operate a tractor/trailer, transport products to stores and facilities, and maintain accurate logs and paperwork. Expect a fast-paced, on-the-go role with extended hours and weekend work as needed.

Qualified candidates have a valid Class A CDL, 21+ years old, and a track record of accident-free miles or hours; ability to lift 15–50 lb and endure long shifts. Health and lifestyle benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• 100,000+ verifiable accident-free miles or 2,500 accident-free hours.
• Able to lift 15–50 lb with/without accommodations.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Able to drive up to 11 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor/trailer and transport products per FMCSA regulations.
• Load/unload trailers including manual loading, palletized loading, two-wheeler, and overhead lifting.
• Transport chips, dips, and more to large grocery stores, manufacturing facilities, and storage centers.
• Obtain signatures, pick up returns, complete logs and paperwork, review invoices/manifests.
• Use electronic logging device and perform pre-/post-trip inspections.
• Communicate with customers, sales drivers, and dispatch throughout the day or night.
