Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator to join our safety-conscious team in Phoenix, AZ or Las Vegas, NV. The route runs from Phoenix, AZ/Las Vegas, NV to Aragonite, UT, with 2 weeks out and 3,000+ miles per week.

Average earnings are $200K–$250K per year, with bi-weekly home time. Compensation includes on-duty time paid via hourly demurrage rates, non-asset hourly rates, and/or mileage pay. Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• OTR experience required.
• Must hold Class A CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements.
• Ability to use mobile apps and computer software for routing and logs.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority.
• Operates tractor trailer units.
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of units.
• Loads/unloads hazardous or non-hazardous waste and secures loads.
• Places required placards per DOT regulations.
• Maintains logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports.

Clean Harbors is looking for a OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator to join their safety conscious team in Phoenix, Az or Las Vegas, NV. This route runs from Phoenix, AZ/Las Vegas, NV to Aragonite, UT; OTR; 2 weeks out; 3000+ miles a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer units
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

QUALIFICATIONS

• Class A CDL
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Minium 12 months of Class A driving experience
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
