J Rose Enterprises seeks motivated, newly licensed Class A CDL drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) role spanning all 48 states. You’ll join a structured mentor training program designed to transition you into a solo career with steady miles and a clear path toward pay growth.

During orientation in Springdale, AR, you’ll receive a $100 meal stipend and paid training at $75 per day. After mentor training, you’ll return to Arkansas for final testing and upgrade to solo status.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• CDL must have been obtained within the past 12 months.
• Must meet DOT safety, background and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
• Must live within 90 days of Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

• Operate Over-the-Road routes across all 48 continental states.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Provide consistent, scheduled miles with a focus on reliability.
