J Rose Enterprises is seeking motivated, newly licensed Class A CDL drivers for an Over-the-Road position running all 48 states. The role includes a mentor training program and progression to solo status after training in Arkansas.

The package features consistent miles, a structured pay plan starting at 0.35 CPM post-training with increases to 0.50 and 0.55 CPM, downtime pay, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and recent CDL acquisition within past 12 months
• Must live within 90 miles of Louisville, KY
• Must meet DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Operate Over-the-Road (OTR) truck routes across all 48 continental states
• Maintain steady mileage and adhere to structured dispatch system
• Comply with safety and DOT regulations while delivering dry van freight
• Participate in mentor training program and upgrade to solo status after graduation
