SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University invites applications for a part-time Clinical Assistant Professor (HS) / Attending Otolaryngologist. The role focuses on teaching residents and medical students while maintaining a hospital-based practice.

The candidate will participate in departmental conferences, contribute to research and Q&A programs, provide attending coverage for adult and pediatric consultations, and collaborate with department physicians across affiliated hospitals.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Resident and Medical Students in the field Otolaryngology and sub-specialties.
• Serve on Institutional councils and committees and other assignments as directed by Department Chair.
• Participate as a member of the Department Executive Committee.
• Attend required Departmental conferences.
• Conduct research that leads to publication and presentation.
• Assist with department Q&A programs.
• Develop a hospital-based practice.
• Participate with other department physicians in night call at all affiliated Hospitals.
• Provide attending coverage for Adult and Pediatric consultations.
