SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a part-time Clinical Assistant Professor (HS) / Attending Otolaryngologist in the Department of Otolaryngology. The successful candidate will coordinate residents and medical students in Otolaryngology and its sub-specialties, and participate in departmental conferences and committees.

The role includes developing a hospital-based practice, serving on the Department Executive Committee, and providing attending coverage for adult and pediatric

• Coordinate Residents and Medical Students in Otolaryngology and sub-specialties.
• Attend required Departmental conferences and participate in departmental activities.
• Develop a hospital-based clinical practice.
• Provide attending coverage for adult and pediatric consultations and participate in night calls at affiliated hospitals.

The Department of Otolaryngology at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a part-time Clinical Assistant Professor (HS) / Attending Otolaryngologist. The successful candidate will:

• Coordinate Resident and Medical Students in the field Otolanyngology and sub-specialties.
• Serve on Institutional councils and committees and other assignments as directed by Department Chair.
• Participate as a member of the Department Executive Committee.
• Attend required Departmental conferences.
• Conduct research that leads to publication and presentation.
• Assist with department Q&A programs.
• Develop a hospital-based practice.
• Participate with other department physicians in night call at all affiliated Hospitals.
• Provide attending coverage for Adult and Pediatric consultations.
