Responsibilities

• Perform and document history and physical assessments appropriate to age/gender/clinical problem.
• Order, perform, and interpret labs and diagnostics with physicians.
• Manage medical and surgical conditions with pharmacologic and other treatments.
• Prescribe medications safely per hospital policy and NJ regulations.
