Hackensack Meridian Health seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to manage inpatient consults and outpatient clinic care for Otolaryngology patients in Hackensack, NJ. You will lead clinically, mentoring the next generation of nursing professionals while delivering evidence-based care and advancing practice locally and nationally.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and participation in research and professional activities within a dynamic ENT

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate NP program required.
• NLN/AACN accreditation specified.
• Active NJ RN and APN Licenses required.
• Board Certification by AANP or ANCC expected.
• BLS (AHA) required; ACLS preferred.
• Active NPI, CDS, and DEA registration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and manage medical/surgical conditions for Otolaryngology patients.
• Lead inpatient consults and outpatient visits with seamless transitions of care.
• Prescribe medications safely and apply evidence-based practice.
• Mentor APNs and students; advocate for patients and families.
• Engage in clinical research, peer review, and publications to advance APN practice.
