Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is assisting a rural Eastern Oregon Critical Access Hospital in La Grande to recruit an Otolaryngologist (ENT) for a permanent, full-time position.

The role offers four 10-hour days, day shift, relocation assistance, and a compensation range of $700K–$750K+ per year plus a comprehensive benefits package. You will diagnose and treat ENT conditions and collaborate with audiology and speech-language pathology teams.

Qualifikationen

• MD degree and completed Otolaryngology residency.
• Current Oregon medical license or eligible to obtain.
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive head and neck examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat ENT conditions including ears, nose, sinuses, and throat.
• Perform surgeries such as tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and thyroidectomies.
• Use endoscopes to visualize nasal passages and larynx.
• Manage hearing and balance disorders, including implants.
• Collaborate with audiologists and speech-language pathologists.
• Maintain EMR documentation for a rural patient population.
