Job summary

Hire Consulting Services seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon to join our hospital-employed ENT practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role is full-time, 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with time split between two locations.

Responsibilities include comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care, collaboration with audiologists and APPs, and participation in shared call rotation. Competitive salary plus signing bonus and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license and hospital privileges.

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time

• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care
