Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon to join a hospital-employed ENT practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role is full-time, 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, split between two locations.

Responsibilities include comprehensive ENT care, surgical procedures, and collaboration with audiologists and APPs, with a supportive call schedule and robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license and hospital credentialing.

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time.
• Collaborate with audiologists and APPs to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs.
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.
