Essenti Talent is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon for a hospital-employed ENT practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role is full-time, 8am-5pm, on-site at two locations with a shared call rotation.

The candidate will provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care, collaborate with audiologists and APPs, and participate in quality initiatives. Vermont license eligibility and credentialing are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Eligible for Vermont medical license
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time
• Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care

Job Type: Full time. 8am-5pm. Monday - Friday.Split between 2 locations.
