Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon to join our hospital-employed ENT practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role is full-time, 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities in outpatient and inpatient settings across two locations.

You will provide comprehensive ENT care, perform surgical procedures, collaborate with audiologists and APPs, participate in call rotation, and contribute to quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school; completion of Otolaryngology residency program; board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology.
• Vermont medical license eligibility and hospital credentialing required.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills; patient-centered care focus.
• Collaboration with audiologists and advanced practice providers.
• Active participation in quality initiatives and patient care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time.
• Collaborate with audiologists and APPs to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs.

• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.
