Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon to join a hospital-employed ENT practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role is full-time, 8am-5pm, and split between two locations.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care, diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions, and collaborate with audiologists and APPs. Eligible for Vermont license and hospital privileges.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time.
• Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs.
• Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care.

Job Type: Full time. 8am-5pm. Monday - Friday.Split between 2 locations.
