Job summary

The Sr. Product Manager, Financial Solutions - Order to Cash at Warner Bros. Discovery will lead functional OTC projects, partnering with finance and sales to optimize SAP-based processes and drive change initiatives.

You will manage design, testing, and adoption while maintaining daily operations in a dynamic media environment. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering measurable improvements across OTC processes, with a focus on accuracy

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a related field (media, entertainment, or streaming services industry a plus).
• 11-15 years of extensive experience in managing Order to Cash processes in a large and complex environment.
• Strong understanding of the Order to Cash process.
• Experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and miscellaneous Accounts Receivable, RAR, FI modules.
• Experience in customer MDM, external billing & revenue interfaces, e-invoicing solutions & reporting.
• 2-4 years of transactional processing and operations assurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead for the respective system modules of significant scope and complexity for OTC.
• Project management and oversight of new system launches, new functionality, and enhancements affecting OTC.
• Communicate project timelines, KPIs, and status to OTC leadership groups.
• Develop performance analyses of business processes and identify improvement areas.
• Develop and maintain requirements documentation including use cases, user stories, and functional specs.
