Geneva Trading is seeking a seasoned trader in OTC oil commodities to lead and grow our energy trading team in a fast-paced, global environment. You will drive risk-managed strategies across Swaps, Derivatives, and Cleared products on ICE and CME, while aligning with corporate goals.

You will mentor traders, optimize performance, and collaborate with proprietary tech teams to maintain a competitive edge in a co-located infrastructure setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field directly relevant to trading activities.
• Substantive OTC trading experience with risk management.
• Deep understanding of oil commodities and derivatives (Swaps, Cleared products).
• Familiarity with proprietary trading systems and trading platforms.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, oversee, and mentor a team of traders in energy markets.
• Rigorously identify and manage trading risks, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
• Develop and execute innovative trading strategies aligned with market dynamics.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, setting and achieving profit targets.
• Serve as primary liaison with internal and external parties.
