Job summary

Perrigo Company plc is seeking a Category Manager, Grocery, to drive Perrigo’s OTC growth at Meijer. The role leads category captaincy across multiple OTC categories, translating market trends into assortment recommendations that deliver value for Perrigo and Meijer.

Working with Meijer merchants and Perrigo’s Commercial Strategy team, you’ll ensure OTC assortments reflect shopper needs and help develop insights and tools for key accounts beyond Meijer.

Qualifications

• Typically these skills are obtained with a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in Sales or with customers within CPG, retail, or healthcare; Marketing or Commercial Strategy experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel dynamics and shopper behavior in both digital and traditional retail environments.
• Proven ability to translate brand strategies into commercial plans and support execution across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with a track record of joint business planning and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategy and activation for OTC at Meijer with responsibility for NRT and multiple categories.
• Develop assortment recommendations and planograms across categories and healthcare items.
• Provide analytics, track performance of initiatives, and present insights to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Meijer merchants and Perrigo teams to align plans and drive joint growth.
