Job summary

Perrigo in the United States is seeking a Category Manager, Grocery, to drive OTC growth at Meijer. You will own the category captaincy across multiple OTC categories and translate market trends into practical assortment recommendations for joint value with the customer.

You will collaborate with Meijer merchants and Perrigo's Commercial Strategy team to ensure the OTC assortment reflects shopper needs, while developing insights and tools that support key accounts beyond Meijer, in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years in Sales, CPG, retail, or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel shopper behavior.
• Ability to translate brand strategies into commercial plans.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with joint business planning.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Deep knowledge of the North American retail landscape in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategy and activation for Meijer OTC and 7 additional categories.
• Develop assortment recommendations and planograms for NRT and related categories.
• Build category review decks and prepare Meijer buyers for category reviews.
• Share trends and insights to influence strategies across accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to strengthen Perrigo partnership.
• Report performance and suggest corrective actions.
