Job summary

Barilla Group is seeking an Associate Manager in Northbrook, IL for Business Solutions in Order-to-Cash & EDI. The role combines SAP technical development with OTC process knowledge to deliver scalable business solutions across the Americas.

The candidate will lead SAP/EDI projects, optimize OTC workflows, and provide Level 2/3 support while partnering with business stakeholders and global teams. Hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or specialized training / equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4+ years of experience supporting SAP applications with focus on OTC, EDI, and production support.
• Strong EDI and IDoc experience including monitoring and integration support.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP OTC processes and related integrations.
• Experience with middleware/integration platforms (e.g., SAP PI/PO, Gentran, Sterling, Seeburger).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects through all phases from requirements to closeout.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP OTC/EDI issues.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve production issues and improve stability.
• Provide EDI communications support with customers, vendors, and 3PLs.
• Collaborate with middleware teams to ensure reliable data processing.
• Maintain EDI partner profiles, port configurations and message types.
• Support OTC processes including pricing, billing and customer master data.
