Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced SAP SD OTC Lead for an onsite role in Riverwoods, IL. You will own solution design and delivery leadership across global OTC processes, coordinating with business, development, and integration teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in SAP SD/OTC, multiple full-cycle implementations, and strong S/4HANA knowledge including Fiori and credit mgmt. EDI and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP SD & OTC experience required.
• Minimum 3–4 full-cycle SAP implementations as SD/OTC Lead.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end OTC processes across industries.
• Expertise in S/4HANA features (Fiori, Universal Journal, BP, credit mgmt).
• Hands-on with EDI, interfaces, and integration scenarios.
• Ability to lead teams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience with global teams and multi-country rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate into SAP SD OTC configurations.
• Drive blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and solution workshops with stakeholders.
• Lead delivery for multi-phase SAP programs including implementation, rollout, enhancements, and support.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate between business, developers, integration teams, and offshore support.
• Provide project governance, risk identification, mitigation, and progress reporting.
• Act as liaison between business process owners and the SAP delivery team.
• Design and manage interfaces between SAP SD and e-commerce platforms.
• Configure SAP SD modules for sales order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery.
• Lead SAP SD implementation/migration/AMS projects within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable SAP solutions.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with tech and non-tech.
• Support Salesforce integration within IT strategy.
• SAP SD Certification (ECC or S/4HANA) is a plus.
