Job summary

A leading digital streaming network seeks an OTC Collections Analyst to manage a local TV station advertising collections portfolio, resolving discrepancies, optimizing cash flow, and minimizing bad debt risk. The role is onsite in Louisville, KY (40223) with a 9-month assignment and 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities include overseeing large portfolios, communicating with agencies, and performing detailed reporting in Excel.

Qualifications

0-3+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit, collections, or billing.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience with enterprise-size organizations is preferred.
ERP or financial system experience, such as SAP or Oracle, is preferred.
Collections experience is preferred.
Media industry experience is preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
General knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee an ad sales collections portfolio for local TV stations ranging from $10M to $125M across ad agencies.
Contact customers to collect aged receivables and maintain records of contacts.
Coordinate with other departments and sites to resolve payment delays and determine actions.
Prepare discrepancy reports, refund requests, and documentation for audits.
Support month-end close with AR ledgers and reconciliations.
