Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an OTC Collections Analyst to join the finance team in Louisville, KY. You will manage accounts receivable, pursue outstanding invoices, and resolve billing discrepancies while supporting collections efforts to ensure timely payments.

The ideal candidate has experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, Accounting, Credit, or Finance and is proficient with Excel, data analysis, and communicating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit, Billing, or similar finance-related roles.
• Experience managing customer accounts, collections activities, payment follow-up, and aged receivables.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas, and reporting.

• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections efforts.
