Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience in automotive engineering.
• 5+ years engineering experience in automotive or related field.
• SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases and big data platforms.
• Experience with OTA update and vehicle connectivity technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, results-driven with strong initiative and accountability.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams and clear communication skills.
• Ability to summarize project status and focus leadership on key issues.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute OTA Readiness Plan for vehicle launches.
• Understand project timelines and rollout timing for vehicle programs.
• Design payloads/campaigns to enable VeSCoM deployment and monitor performance.
• Create dashboards and optimize SQL queries to monitor delivery status.
• Resolve issues requiring multi-functional coordination during development.
• Own OTA deployment methods with SW VSE, SIT, PQE, PEMs for VeSCoM delivery.
• Align OTA requirements with core strategies, UX, and operational processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product Development, Aftersales, and Customer Experience for software updates.
• Collaborate with SIT to develop comprehensive integration plans and ensure field performance.
• Close-loop learning for issues identified during campaigns and drive corrective actions.
