Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at the Sauk County Health Care Center in Reedsburg, WI. The role involves implementing treatment plans under supervision, documenting progress, and educating patients on adaptive equipment and exercises.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in OTA, a current state COTA license, and NBCOT certification, with about one year of prior experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:
