Responsibilities

• Plan and administer OT treatments to residents with disabilities.
• Provide OT services under supervision of an OT.
• Complete documentation per policy and regulations.
• Engage with residents, families, and caregivers to support goals.
• Monitor and report patient progress and changes as needed.
• Attend required rehab department meetings.
