Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapy services under an OT's supervision in skilled nursing facilities. The OTA will participate in treatment planning, clinical documentation, and coordination with facilities and clients to ensure quality care.

Candidates should have a graduate of an ACOTE-accredited program and hold a valid OTA state license; proficiency with documentation systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: ACOTE-accredited program in occupational therapy.
• Licensure: Valid Occupational Therapist Assistant state license.
• Computer skills: Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy and related services under the direction of a licensed OT.
• Maintain professional conduct and quality of care in interactions with facilities and clients.
• Supervise Rehab Techs where required and assist in case management responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and billing guidelines.
