Job summary

Key Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility setting. The OTA will implement OT care plans, support patient progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to reach individual goals.

The ideal candidate will have a graduating OTA program with an active COTA license and at least 1 year of related experience, plus compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program with an active COTA license.
• Minimum of 1 year in the field in a related role.
• Compliance with Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement care plans developed by the OT, following established protocols.
• Advance patient progress by adjusting the plan as directed by the PT to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve goals.
