Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT. You will support patients, help advance functional abilities, and contribute to a strong OTA program within a facility setting.

The role requires completion of an ACOTE-accredited OTA program and a valid state license, with opportunities for clinical leadership and professional growth across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• ACOTE-accredited OTA program required.
• Valid OTA state license required.

Responsibilities

• Support patients in improving functional abilities under the direction of a licensed OT.
• Contribute to development and success of the OTA program.
• Strengthen clinical, professional, and leadership skills through collaboration and ongoing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on OT and healthcare developments.
• Apply appropriate billing practices and treatment delivery models to meet standards.
• Deliver care aligned with treatment goals and achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols within the facility.
• Communicate effectively in reading, writing, speaking English.
