Formación

• Associate's degree required in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Commitment to ongoing education and licensure maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Screen residents to determine best intervention and treatment based on scope of practice.
• Perform treatment plans and follow short- and long-term goals of the plan of care.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Establish individualized therapy schedules with team members.
• Conduct therapy according to plan and ensure proper documentation and billing of services.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards daily.
