Concept Rehab in Woodhaven, Michigan is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) for full-time or part-time roles. Join a supportive, therapist-owned team focused on quality care.

You will provide OT treatments under supervision, help residents improve daily living and mobility, and contribute to individualized plans while documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current Michigan OTA license or eligibility.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT treatments under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Help residents improve daily living activities and functional mobility.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress.

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
