Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Hart, MI. You'll work alongside experienced therapists in a collaborative post-acute setting where your ideas, compassion, and clinical expertise make a real impact every day.

Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed OT, help patients improve mobility and self-care, document progress, and educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, self-care, and daily living skills.
• Accurately document treatments and patient progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and safety strategies.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare, state, and company guidelines.
