Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our Mt. Clemens, MI team. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity in a SNF setting, focused on helping patients improve strength, mobility, independence, and daily living skills.

You will work closely with the OT and interdisciplinary care team, document progress, and build positive relationships with patients and staff. Michigan license and graduation from an accredited OTA program required; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan OTA license.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
